Our Shipping Policy

At Pharma Grade, all orders placed will be dispatched within 24-48 hours after receiving your payment. If you make your order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped the following business day. We offer express shipping that comes with tracking numbers via Royal Mail, DHL or FedEx. We supply the tracking numbers so that you can monitor the progress of your item until it gets to you. Please note it’s up to you to track your parcel, the company cannot be held liable for this. The tracking number will be sent to you once your shipping label is produced. Once you receive your tracking number, allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to be updated then you can begin monitoring your item.

Domestic Shipping

Delivery takes between 2 to 4 business days for priority and 1 to 2 business days for express. The time of arrival estimates is calculated from the day your order is shipped. Tracking information is found within your account details on our website.

International Shipping

Delivery times takes between 7 to 20 working days, depending on the delivery service you have selected and the destination country.
In roughly 5% of the cases, the orders don’t go past customs, which is ordinary.

The company is always following all shipments, and we will contact you if we notice any problems. Customs laws and regulations differ among countries, and we cannot be held liable for any custom delay or seizures.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to know the custom laws and regulation of is country pertaining to peptides and similar chemicals.

Return and Refund Policy

You can get in touch with us and return your order within 30 days from the purchase of your item. You will need to send the stock back to us at your cost and products must be untouched.

If you happen to get a shipment that has an item missing, please get in touch with us immediately so that we can find the missing item. All requests are recorded and photographed before delivery to avoid any false claims.

Please be aware that we don’t provide reshipment in the case you give a wrong shipping address, or if you refuse or pick up the item after failed attempts to deliver the order.

Cancelling an Order

If your order has not been shipped already, you may drop it by directly contacting us via the communication channels on the website.
